Here are some pics I have fiddled around with a little on photoshop in the past few days.

The first two are pics that my dad took when he and my mum went on holiday last year to the West Coast. I just tweaked the colours to get them to stand out more.

The others I have taken with my new camera and then fiddled about with to get the colours to stand out a lil more, or less!

My period did… but my Photoshop Elements has yet to arrive. Typical! I was wide awake this morning thinking about getting busy, what photo I’d have a look at playing around with first, what I’d try to do… and the friggin thing never came. It does say that it’s due to arrive tomorrow though so I guess I was just a little early with my eagerness but lets just sweep that bit of info under the carpet shall we?

Today I’ve been looking at cameras. I’d like to get a new one you see. We have a little more money coming in each month now (ok it’s a LOT compared to what we’re used to) thanks to being able to pay off some debts recently. Thank you Dad, Mum and most importantly Uncle Bill, if it weren’t for you we wouldn’t be out of the financial mess our student selves got us into. So, I was chatting to my Dad on the phone today and it turns out there are a lot of sales on at the moment in the various shops in our area, both specific camera shops and the electrical appliance stores. I started looking online to get an idea of what I’d like to get. Ok, I’ve been lusting over it for a while… the Nikon D60.

It’s a purty looking camera, but the price is a little too much, which is why I’m looking at the sales. Ideally I don’t want to spend more than around £250 maximum for it, so the digging has started. I’ve found a few selling on Ebay for around the £300 mark, but I think for what I’m looking for I’ll need to delve into the local version of CashConverters to see what I can find. Mark my words though, I’m a damn good haggler when I want to be, well… so long as it’s a male employee I’m talking to

I’m hoping I will be able to get one on a discount price for some silly reason like there being a slight scratch on the casing or something… we shall see. Fingers crossed I’ll have one by the time the week is out! It depends on how gullible the poor shmuck is that I flutter my eyes at! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I’ve been sitting at the computer on and off all day trying to think up an idea for a post. It’s 21.22 as I’m writing this and I’m still stuck… so I’ll do what I do best… show you more baby pics!

Everyone loves cute baby pics right? Well I’m excited cause tomorrow or wednesday my Photoshop Element 6.0 should be arriving along with a book on how to get the most out of it… so you’ll quite possibly see a lot of pics.

Maybe I’ll set up an addon site just for that, cause I’m sure there will be a LOT of pics I want to share…
