So, this was supposed to publish last night but I saved it instead *sigh*

Today is Zack’s 3rd birthday. I can’t believe it! Well, I *can* believe it, but… you know what I mean!

He loved opening up his pressies...

We just had a quiet lil tea-party with my parents over...

We even managed to find a Mario cake for him! "Can I play it now Mummy?"

and we finished off the day by telling Zack that now he was 3 he couldn’t have his dummies anymore, and asked him to put them in the bin. He obliged, but was not happy that evening and it took until after 11pm to calm him down!

All in all he had a great day, and so did the rest of us!

I have been shamelessly ignoring the blog the past few days. My excuse? I’ve been spending most of the time with Zack and Max in the garden!

Potty-trained that is.

So we’re on about week 2 of the potty-training, and I decided to tried Zack last night with no nappy. He woke up around 8am in the morning - DRY AS A BONE and asking to go for a wee… I really couldn’t ask for more could I?? WOO BLOODY HOO!!! It’s damn nice not having to clean that poo-clad butt anymore, or at least not in the same way, and it’s saving us a nice lil amount every week.

Yay for Zacky!!
