… it’s Friday? Seriously? What happened to Thursday? Apparently I blinked and missed it! OK I’ve officially missed a day or writing, on this blog that is… but I did still actually post on the other side, so *technically* I have yet to miss a day of Blog365.. amiright?
So… another week gone by and I’ve barely noticed til it’s the weekend again! What did we DO?? Well… I did hand in the form for Zack’s nursery place, and got a call this morning to say he can have a morning slot, so I’m away in on Tuesday to fill in paperwork and find out the exact days and hours etc to take him - yay!!
Potty training is still going really well, J even took him out for a walk up to the supermarket and back (about a 35 min walk there, with a toddler) and he was good the whole way there and back, no accidents and promptly used the potty when he got home. However… he refuses point blank to go on a proper toilet - ONLY the potty is suitable apparently, so it could get interesting if he needs to go but won’t sit on the loo when we’re out
Mind you, he’s done so well already I’m sure we’ll crack that soon enough!
Max turned over in his bed this evening - I had assumed he was just doing his cranky tired cry, until it got louder instead of quieter… I go in to investigate and the poor wee guy is on his tummy trying to turn back, bless ‘im, no more rest for me till he figures out how to get himself back over!
The cat… OMW the cat! He gets so hyper in the late-evenings it’s hilarious to watch! Although this must be said whenever someone’s entering our house now… beware he likes pouncing on feet!
*yawns*
Time for me to go to bed before midnight. Only just before midnight, but hey, let’s not get fussy now ![]()
We have so many things happening this month it’s just not even funny anymore! I’ll start from the top with the dates I know are set in stone…
Did you know the cases of measles mumps and rubella are on the up again in the UK because mothers are choosing NOT to vaccinate their children because of a stupid study that tried to link the MMR vaccine to autism? FYI - it HAS been completely discredited many MANY times over!
Saturday 23rd: just 3 days after J’s b-day and it’s our 3 year wedding anniversary. Probably put the kids to bed early and make a nice meal or something. We shall see!
