A Little Space for Me

I can’t believe I almost forgot to post today…. so like the title says - OOPS!!

I’ve been pretty busy today though, doing tidying and stuff.  I just know my mum will be reading this and thinking *who are you and what have you done with my daughter???* I’m blaming flylady for this new-found tidiness, and who am I kidding, it’s not blame either, actually getting off my butt and tidying is a good thing after all!

So, my TT for this week is 13 things I’ve done today that I wouldn’t have bothered with 2 weeks ago.

1.   Got up with the boys at 7.30am and swiftly chucked some laundry in the machine.

2.  Had all three of us up and fully clothed before 8.30am.

3.  Took Zack in the kitchen with me when Max went for a nap, and got him to "help" me empty the dishwasher and clean the table for me.

4.  Let J have a lie in till almost midday.  He fed Max last night.  FYI the watering down milk thing SO didn’t work - he had J up 6 times last night, so he most DEFINITELY deserved this lie-in!

5.  Didn’t check my computer until Max and Zack were having a nap. I know, I should do that anyway! >_<

6.  Made our main meal for lunch instead of dinner.

7.  Did more than one load of laundry(!).

8.  Finally went through all my CD’s and put them somewhere I can actually GET to them!

9.  Cleared the top of our living room’s bookcase, somehow there are always a ton of completely random things up there! Today I found an old kaleidoscope, some trading card game cards, a Gameboy game, a bib, a portable fan and a clock!

10.  Sorted through my books in said bookshelf and actually put some of them in a box to give away.

11.  Wrote a LIST of the things we need to do tomorrow…

12.  … and actually told J about those plans, since he’s involved in them!

13.  got both boys in bed, ASLEEP, by 7.30pm!!!

I’m off to sit with my feet up on the sofa with some ice cream in celebration

Ooh, and GOOD LUCK to Veronica with her move which will be about to take place as I post this… hope everything goes smoothly hun!
