Oh boy - does that bring back memories! With my first, I got as big around the belly as I was tall! So, yeah, at 5′2″, I was a bit heavy. He was 9lbs 8oz and 21″ long. Today he’s 6′2″. LOL

So nice to have photos to look back on. We didn’t take many - couldn’t afford the film and processing in pre-digital days. You certainly look heavy - but you were very much lighter in a while!

I was rushed yesterday (would you believe I managed to visit everyone on tnchick’s list?!!) but I got to see some good places. I came back today to read your story of Max’s birth, which I have to say I enjoyed very much. I have to agree - by that time I never cared if the midwife was even human!

I didn’t even realise until this morning that you’re in Scotland. I checked after seeing that your “my time” clock said the same as mine. How thick can you get? Nice to meet you, anyway.
