listsWe have so many things happening this month it’s just not even funny anymore! I’ll start from the top with the dates I know are set in stone…

Tuesday 5th: Max has his 16wk injections - last ones for a year, woot! I must be one of the only mothers I know who doesn’t get at all freaked out and emotional when their baby gets a vaccination. I mean ok, so they are painful, but I know I practically forget I’ve had a jab after like 20 minutes, and I have a long-term memory - he doesn’t! I’d much rather be the one holding him and making sure everything is done properly than get someone else to do it or even worse, choose not to have him immunized at all!
imunization Did you know the cases of measles mumps and rubella are on the up again in the UK because mothers are choosing NOT to vaccinate their children because of a stupid study that tried to link the MMR vaccine to autism? FYI - it HAS been completely discredited many MANY times over!

Ok… off my soap box now!

now, where was I? oh yes…

Wednesday 6th: it’s officially 4 years since J and I got together, doubt anything will be done for that but woot!!!! …again.

Thursday 14th: Valentine’s day, I think that will be a cards and nookie day ;)
Wednesday 20th: J’s birthday. I haven’t a clue what I’m going to get him in real life, although I have something planned “in game” for WOW… I know, I know geekdom… but! He’ll be soooo chuffed if I actually manage to get it!

swansSaturday 23rd: just 3 days after J’s b-day and it’s our 3 year wedding anniversary. Probably put the kids to bed early and make a nice meal or something. We shall see!

Gaaaah too many things that I’m supposed to do something for, but not a damn clue what!

Right… moving on. Max is now almost growing out of his basinette/moses basket thingy… to be honest I’m surprised we’ve been able to use it for so long. So that means, we need to move him into his cot - correction, Zack’s cot. Z still hasn’t figured out how to climb out of it so we figured we might as well keep him in there for as long as possible. Now we’re at the stage that he HAS to go into a big bed to make room for Max. Thing is, the room that Zack is moving into at the moment has about 20 piles of junk in it and nowhere else to store it. GAAAH!stressedout

We need to clear out the spare soon-to-be-Zack’s room, get the new bed, bed guard and covers for that room, move all his stuff in there (that won’t take too long at least) and get him in there asap. We’re really just waiting for the bed to arrive via my parents before we sort out that room properly.
Then… we need to fix a crack in the cot that’s been screaming at me to be fixed for months (procrastination-r-us), and get Max in there.

Oh. My. God! I will be glad when this month is over!!

  3. Wow! It is a big month!

Amy has been immunised up to her 6mth injections, but I have been slack with the 12mths because she is always so miserable for a week afterwards. I will get them done, but I would prefer she is a little older.
