A random post with no particular meaning 
It’s started to snow! Only a very slight flutter so far, but yay! I really hope it lies so Zack can have his first proper play in the snow, but I don’t think it will unless it starts coming down really thickly.
My parents are coming over for saturday. Mum is going to take me into town to buy some decent clothes for me, and Dad is going to stay at home with J and the boys. I’m so excited about this! We don’t get to do these things very often as my mum hasn’t kept very well over the years, in fact I’m pretty sure I can count on one hand the amount of times we’ve done this since I was a teenager - that’s 10 years now! I think in some ways it makes is so much more special than if it were a regular occurence though. I can’t wait to have an afternoon where we won’t be interrupted by Zack every 30 seconds! lol
I am thinking that J should start a blog. Why? He loves writing. He seems to have had a bit of a mental block since we’ve met, coupled with a life that’s been just too hectic for him to be able to sit down and formulate anything. He’s out of the habit of writing and I am sure that if he was to start a blog he’d get back into the HABIT of writing regularly, and who knows where that might lead.
So far he is resisting, but I’m sure if i keep hinting nagging him about it then he’ll bend to my will eventually - I’m sure he’ll thank me for it one day when he’s finally managed to write his book
On second thoughts… knowing how stubborn he is, he would very possibly NOT start blogging just to be stubborn, but then again as he knows I know that he’s so stubborn he’ll probably do it anyway just to prove me wrong. Am I losing you in these circles yet? I lose myself in them frequently!
We took down our Christmas tree last night. Zack noticed that the tree was gone, but didn’t seem overly upset about it at least. Just another 11 months to go until they are put up again…
Hmm, I am thinking maybe snow is not such a good thing the weekend that Mum and I are supposed to be going shopping. Oh well, if it does get very cold we’ll just have to have more stops for hot chocolate!
I think that to give myself a ‘break’ from trying to come up with posts every day I’ll use the weekend for memes to give myself some ‘time off’ from it all.
I’ll probably change my mind about this many many times over the year!
I have yet to find any get-your-teeth-into Scottish or British ‘momblogs’, or blogs in general to be honest. I can’t possibly be the first! I’ve joined a couple of british blogging rings to see if i stumble on any, I’ll keep you posted on that front.
Oh well, it only took the time of writing this post for it to stop snowing… after this weekend bring on the snow, but not before please!

Enjoy the shopping! Hope you find loads of stuff. I find that if I go shopping with an idea in mind, I can never find it. And enjoy having your mom around too

I am going to catch up on all 3 of your posts. First off I lost you in my favs sorry… ok now.. the comments back I se some people comment back in the comments and some email me,, I will say that when I get an email back I have no clue what it was that I said to them in the first place. now the second you are a great mum see God did not send down any books on the how to with these babies, we have to wing it adn jsut NOT do what we saw other doing… now for THIS post I did not even think of doing meme’s on the weekends.
